Sports & Physical Education at SJC

Sports and physical education are an integral part of campus life. We believe that a healthy body fosters a healthy mind, and our sports activities are designed to build discipline, teamwork, leadership, and resilience among students. With a blend of indoor and outdoor facilities, our college nurtures talent, promotes fitness, and encourages students to achieve excellence in sports.

Sports Infrastructure
  • Outdoor Facilities – Spacious playgrounds for cricket, football, volleyball, athletics, and track & field events.
  • Indoor Facilities – Courts and provisions for badminton, table tennis, chess, carrom, and other recreational games.
  • Fitness & Training – Access to fitness equipment and structured coaching to enhance physical stamina and sporting skills.
Sports & Adventure Club

The Sports and Adventure Club actively engages students in sports tournaments, adventure camps, trekking, and inter-collegiate events. The club instils confidence, decision-making skills, and team spirit, preparing students for both competitive and recreational sporting experiences.
